What currency are your prices in?
We are based in New York and all currency is priced in USD .

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel or change your order by emailing Customer Service.

What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track it and see the status of your delivery.

It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What does Pre-Order Mean?
Pre-Order items are items that are coming soon to the site.

When you purchase a Pre-Order item, you will receive a 10% discount on the item applied in your cart.

Expected delivery times are listed on each style, however date is not guaranteed.

We do not offer Pre-Order to international customers at this time.

Can I return a Pre-Order Item? 
Yes you can return within the time frame allowed.

What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked Final Sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you send a Final Sale item back to us for a return, we will not be able to process a refund.

Can I return an item bought with a special discount code ?
Yes, special discount items can be returned within our accepted time frame

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S on all purchases over $100.

How fast will my order ship?
Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our New York warehouse, pending availability and credit verification.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

RETURNS

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders.

Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different color only.

NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
